After an explosive blast in Witbank suburbs in north-western Mpumalanga Province, a teen appeared smoking and shouting for help as he climbed out of the Botha substation. According to the reports, the unidentified young man is from Witbank. The blast from the Botha substation was due to the boy’s copper wire stealing attempt that leads to his burning. His whole body was severely burned, but what’s more terrifying is the refusal of heartless locals to help him. Adding insult to his injuries.
